The penultimate project of the ZTM Complete Web Dev course. Unfortunately, the Clarifai API no longer has a free tier as far as I know and I'm not willing to pay so it doesn't work. If you want and have a Clarifai subscription, you can self host it and mess around with it, but I'm just building this to learn proper client/server structure at this point.

A character viewer and editor that can export/import to/from JSON files. Host the server on your own hardware and provide the client to any friends who wish to play. D&D 5th edition is the only TTRPG system that is planned for support. If you want to use it for another D&D edition or another TTRPG system entirely, feel free to open an issue on GitHub or modify the application yourself.
A code editor inspired by Visual Studio Code written in Rust. It will run as a Tauri app without the unneeded bloat of a Chromium instance while still providing similar features. The Scrolls extension system will be a fully open API for you to write your own extensions as needed. How that will be done is yet to be planned.
I'm a passionate developer from America who enjoys building software to challenge myself and learn new things. I'm currently focused on learning full-stack web development, but I also intend to learn Rust for developing desktop applications.
Currently exploring: TypeScript • Next.js • Tauri
